Another Summer season is coming!
This year we will have our annual meeting on Sunday, May 12, 2024 at 1:00PM. We hope all members will come and join us for the meeting.
The beachfront isn’t open yet. Lounge beach chairs, sand toys will be placed out for use when it is. The raft should be available. We hope everyone is staying healthy and safe during these unprecedented times. You will notice several social distancing measures taking place to ensure this beach season is safe while following state mandates. We will be having our compliment of 4 family friendly events for members this year, subject to state restrictions.
The pavillion is not available for reservations on Memorial Day weekend. It is available for all members use those days. The same is true for the 4th of July and Labor Day weekends.
The beach gate will be active about May 18, 2024. If you paid your dues, your pass will be active for the 2024 season. You can mail in or drop off your payment (amount below) to:

No news right now, please check back. We normally have three or four events every summer.
If you own or rent property in Plum Point, you are welcome to join the Plum Point Shares Improvement Associsation. Members are issued cards that allow access to the beach parking lot. Members are permitted to park their vehicles in the lot, launch small watercraft and rent the pavilion. It is time to renew your memebership in PPSIA so that your cardkey will work at the gate to the parking lot. Please contact Ed Passarelli at (401) 225-4527 or email edpass14@gmail.com for any renewal questions.
We are now taking reservations for use of the pavilion for summer and fall 2024. See our calendar for available dates and use the request form to ask to reserve a date for a private function. See the about page for rental details. Some dates, especially holiday weekends, the pavillion is reserved for the general membership and anyone can use a table. See the events page for details.
At our 2017 annual meeting, we voted to make the area under the pavilion a no smoking zone. Please respect the no smoking signs and find an area away from the pavilion if you must smoke.

Dues for the 2024 season are $150 for members, $175 for associate members payable to PPSIA. Send your payment to

At the 2022 annual meeting, a motion was passed to increase the annual dues from $125 to $150 starting in 2023.
